Studio Assistant – Lost In Music Prints

Are you highly organised, creative, and would love to be involved in running a small business? I’m on the lookout for a passionate, self-motivated Studio Assistant to join me at Lost In Music Prints – a female-led print studio creating bold, nostalgic, feel-good art for music lovers

This is a freelance role, working 2 days a week from our studio, 10am-5pm (weekdays), but hoping for flexibility to increase hours during busy weeks & the odd weekend when we have a market. You will be working alongside me, supporting with general day to day life at LIM. From packaging prints and updating our website to vibing at market stalls and making TikToks, no two days are quite the same – and that’s exactly how we like it. 

✨ What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling general admin tasks to keep things ticking
• Uploading new products and listings to our website
• Processing orders, printing and packaging art prints
• Organising stock for markets and events
• Content creating for our Instagram & TikTok accounts
• Replying to customer emails & messages
• Doing influencer outreach to spread the LIM love
• Supporting at market stalls – some weekend availability is a plus!

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Solid time management and communication skills
• Initiative and a can-do, problem-solving mindset

🎨 Bonus Points If You:

• Are a bit of a social media whizz – reels, TikToks, memes? Yes please.
• Know your way around Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
• Have basic web skills
• Own a car (super helpful for markets & events)
• Love music – especially house, disco, and feel-good party vibes

Lost In Music Prints is a small, woman-led creative studio run from a cosy home office. We take our work seriously (but not ourselves), love a laugh, and always make time for a cheeky coffee run between post office runs or after work Aperol Spritz. Expect podcast soundtracks, disco tunes, and a relaxed, supportive environment where you’ll be encouraged to get stuck in and grow with us.

When I'm not running LIM, you’ll find me literally running — I’m currently training for my first marathon! I'm a gym regular, a big foodie, and totally obsessed with travel, music, and interiors. I’m super social, always up for dinner & drinks with mates or dancing the night away — but equally love a chilled weekend with long walks, pastries, and a binge-worthy series.

I’m a music lover through and through – from house and disco to indie, soul, and everything in between. 2025’s looking like a dream year for gigs with tickets lined up for Sam Fender, Oasis, Leon Bridges, and The Teskey Brothers. Oh, and did I mention I’m a football freak too?
